We get your holiday home ready for the season and look after it while you're away.
Most homes on the island sit empty for much of the year. We get these homes ready for the season, close them up at the end of it, and check in on them regularly in between. We also handle refurbishment and decoration with the same team, on a turnkey basis.

How we work
How we work
Site visit
Give us the address and we'll come out to see it. We take measurements, photos and pin down exactly what's needed. The visit is free.
Quote
A written, itemised quote with materials and labour broken out separately. The timeline is set from the start, with no surprise line items later.
Work
We get started and share photo updates at every stage. The site is tidied every evening, so the house stays liveable.
Clean handover
Once the work is done, we clear away rubble and waste and clean the area. We check the finished job together with you.
A note on the island
In a home left empty, the problems we see most often are winter damp and mould, roof leaks, frozen pipes, blocked drains and a garden left to go wild. Regular checks catch all of these while they're still cheap to fix — by the time spring comes, your house is ready and waiting, with no surprises.

Frequently asked questions
We send photos and short videos for every visit and every stage of work. If you'd like, we can also walk through the property together on a live video call. Most of our customers live off the island, so this is how we normally work.
At set intervals we visit the house and check the roof, damp, plumbing, doors and windows, and the garden. If we find an issue, we report it with photos and only act with your approval.
We've held keys for a large number of homeowners over the years. It's recorded who enters which property, and every visit is reported. If you prefer, we can also work with a key box system.
