We build structures from the foundation up and renovate existing homes top to bottom. Planning, sourcing materials, coordinating the team and handover are all handled by us — you deal with one point of contact.

How we work
How we work
Site visit
Give us the address and we'll come out to see it. We take measurements, photos and pin down exactly what's needed. The visit is free.
Quote
A written, itemised quote with materials and labour broken out separately. The timeline is set from the start, with no surprise line items later.
Work
We get started and share photo updates at every stage. The site is tidied every evening, so the house stays liveable.
Clean handover
Once the work is done, we clear away rubble and waste and clean the area. We check the finished job together with you.
A note on the island
The most critical part of building on the island is materials: everything comes over by ferry. Sailings get sparser in winter and can be cancelled depending on the weather. That's why we draw up the materials list at the very start of a project and plan sourcing well ahead — a site sitting idle waiting for cement isn't something that happens with us.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the scope. For a single room or bathroom, you can usually stay; for a full renovation, we don't recommend it because of the dust and the frequency of power and water cuts. We talk this through clearly at the site visit.
For work that requires a permit, we know the process and guide you through it. For project drawings and permit applications, we work with architects and technical offices we regularly partner with.
Depending on the size of the job, we work on a progress payment basis: start, interim stages and completion. The payment schedule is set out in writing in the quote.
