How we work
How we work
Site visit
Give us the address and we'll come out to see it. We take measurements, photos and pin down exactly what's needed. The visit is free.
Quote
A written, itemised quote with materials and labour broken out separately. The timeline is set from the start, with no surprise line items later.
Work
We get started and share photo updates at every stage. The site is tidied every evening, so the house stays liveable.
Clean handover
Once the work is done, we clear away rubble and waste and clean the area. We check the finished job together with you.
A note on the island
Ferry sailings vary by season — vehicle spots fill up days in advance in summer, and in winter sailings get sparser and can be cancelled in bad weather. We plan the moving date around this schedule and book ahead, so your belongings aren't left waiting on the dock.
