About Us
20 years on Marmara Island
We work knowing the island's stone, soil, air and people.
Our Story
We started out 20 years ago on Marmara Island doing small renovation jobs. Since then, we've worked on hundreds of homes, gardens and plots of land on the island and the surrounding islands.
Over time we noticed that the real challenge on the island isn't finding a tradesperson — it's finding someone to see a job through from start to finish. When the painter, tiler and mover are all separate people, it's the property owner who ends up managing everything. So we brought all of these trades together under one roof.
Today, a large share of our customers are property owners who live off the island. For them, we don't just do the work — we share regular photo and video updates on how it's going. The trust that earns us is why we've been doing this for 20 years.

How We Work
What you can expect from us
Clear, written pricing
Quotes are itemised. If anything outside the original scope comes up during the job, we ask you first.
Delivered on the agreed timeline
Start and finish dates are written into the quote. If weather or the ferry schedule causes a delay, we let you know in advance.
A tidy work site
The site is cleared every evening. Once the job is done, we remove all rubble and waste ourselves.
Safety on site
Our team works with the right equipment, and safety rules apply on height and heavy-duty work.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our work. If a workmanship issue comes up, we come back and fix it.
A business that answers the phone
You can still reach us after the job is finished. We're based here on the island for good.

Team & Equipment
We have what it takes to get the job done
We work with our own vehicles and machinery. From removal vehicles and land-clearing equipment to scaffolding and building materials, we're not dependent on outside suppliers — which means work on the island finishes on time.
