Tiling & Ceramics
Clean grout lines and a solid floor for bathrooms, kitchens, terraces and pool surrounds.
What sets tiling work apart happens where you can't see it: how the floor is prepared, the right choice of adhesive, and how the grout is applied. We never skip any of the three — the result is a floor that stays put and stays watertight for years.

- Bathroom and kitchen tiling
- Terrace and balcony flooring
- Pool surround and wet-area applications

How we work
How we work
Site visit
Give us the address and we'll come out to see it. We take measurements, photos and pin down exactly what's needed. The visit is free.
Quote
A written, itemised quote with materials and labour broken out separately. The timeline is set from the start, with no surprise line items later.
Work
We get started and share photo updates at every stage. The site is tidied every evening, so the house stays liveable.
Clean handover
Once the work is done, we clear away rubble and waste and clean the area. We check the finished job together with you.
A note on the island
Terraces, balconies and pool surrounds here are exposed to both salt and winter's freeze-thaw cycle. Using frost-resistant, outdoor-rated tile and flexible adhesive in these areas is essential — a terrace tiled with the wrong materials will start lifting after its first winter.

Frequently asked questions
Sometimes, but because of floor height and adhesion risk, we usually recommend removing the old tile first. At the site visit, we take an honest look at the existing floor and tell you straight.
Either works. If you'd like us to, we handle sourcing and getting them to the island; if you buy them yourself, we work out the measurements and square footage for you.
Yes, waterproofing wet areas before tiling is standard practice for us — it's what removes the risk of a leak reaching the flat below.
