Materials arrive by ferry, salt air wears things down faster, and the island empties out in winter. We've worked here for 20 years, and we plan every job around that.

Your project moves forward even when you're away
We handle the site visit ourselves and send you photos and video at every stage. You don't need to be here in person.

Your home is looked after over winter
Once the season ends, we keep checking the roof, damp, plumbing and garden. When you arrive in spring, the house is ready.

One point of contact, one team responsible
No juggling a separate painter, tiler and mover. One team takes on the whole job, and you only ever need to call one person.

Island logistics are our job
We handle sourcing materials and getting them across by ferry. You don't have to chase supplies yourself.

Salt and wind wear down materials here far faster than on the mainland. We know from experience what actually holds up.
How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Before work starts, what will be done, how long it will take and what it will cost are all set out in writing.
Site visit
Give us the address and we'll come out to see it. We take measurements, photos and pin down exactly what's needed. The visit is free.
Quote
A written, itemised quote with materials and labour broken out separately. The timeline is set from the start, with no surprise line items later.
Work
We get started and share photo updates at every stage. The site is tidied every evening, so the house stays liveable.
Clean handover
Once the work is done, we clear away rubble and waste and clean the area. We check the finished job together with you.
